 ▶︎ RATES § CANCELATION POLICIES

All rates includes a double occupancy (2-persons) make sure to indicate the total amount of adult persons upon booking us.


  • STANDARD RATE:
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • You may cancel free of charge until five days before arrival.
  • If you cancel within the five days before arrival, the penalty will be the cost of the first night.
  • Any refund will be subject to a 5% administration fee.


  • NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Tick the non-refundable discount rate box at the time of payment for an automatic -15% discount.
  • Be advised that any cancellations made from this point onwards will not be eligible for reimbursement.
▶︎ CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Within two days prior to arrival Le Chic 102 will inform the primary guest regarding final check-in instructions and the contact details of our host, who will be your primary contact for the duration of your stay. Within 24-hours before check-in Le Chic 102 host, will in turn contact the primary guest to coordinate arrival.


CHECK-IN FROM 15h00 TO 20h00

  • By default, our check-in times are between 15h00 and 20h00 in the presence of a host. We kindly ask you to inform Le Chic 102 of your arrival time, as check-in is done in person with a host available to assist you.


CHECK-IN WITH PARKING

  • Please note that our parking facility is subject to a prior reservation and advance payment of 25€ per day. Access codes for our adjacent car park will be included in our final check-in instruction email, which will be forwarded to the primary guest within 48 hours prior to arrival.


CHECK-IN AFTER 20h00

  • For an arrival after 20h00 a self-check-in is possible is the norm:
  • you complete our online check-in form before arrival
  • you give us at least 24 hours' notice

Once your check-in details confirmed, our host, will contact the primary guest within 24-hours prior to arrival. During this communication, your host will provide you with the access code to a secure key box containing your keys, enabling access to your apartment at your convenience.

▶︎ CHILDREN § OCCUPANCY


  • Children from 0 to 17 years old, are welcome to stay at Le Chic 102 . All children are counted as adults.
  • Our base rates includes a double occupancy (2-persons) make sure to indicate the total amount of persons upon booking us.
  • Any additional person over two, is pending a daily supplement of 30€ per night/per person.
  • When completing our online registration form, the primary guest will be requested to indicate the total number of accompanying persons.
  • Kindly refer to the overall unit capacities in order to ascertain the maximum occupancy allowed.
▶︎ THE BOOKING PROCESS


All reservations are deemed confirmed and complete once the following two mandatory formalities are completed. Please refer to the instructions outlined in your reservation summary email, which was forwarded to you at the time of booking.

  1. Registration (online check-in form): We kindly request that our primary guest completes our online registration form prior to arrival.
  2. Damage deposit (no cash): a secure link will be sent to you in order to settle your 300€ damage deposit via credit card online. Within 48-hours following check-out Le Chic 102 will release you credit card pre-authorisation.
